Rooted in Tradition, Roasted for Today
Charrou is the return Joey made to the family craft after leaving a 6-figure job and stepping back into the kitchen beside her dad, Tommy. It was a way to come home to the Cantonese roast tradition that raised her.
What began at her grandfather's hilltop stall became something worth carrying forward: roast meats made with patience, pride, and the kind of care people remember. That deeper story lives beyond the plate.
