Because it's richer, having it on its own can feel a little "gelat". We recommend pairing it with lettuce wraps for a lighter, fresher bite.

Delivery and reheating

Our roasted delights are delivered whole and uncut to preserve freshness, juiciness, and texture.

The roasted meat skin is scored for easy cutting, so you don't need big knives. If you prefer it unscored, please let us know.

For the ultimate crispy, juicy, and elevated flavours, we recommend reheating, especially if you plan to enjoy them later. Reheating instructions will be provided.
