Golden Crispy Sio Bak is Charrou’s premium roast pork belly for customers in Singapore who want proper crackling skin and juicy meat at home. Each piece is twice-trimmed, carefully seasoned, and roasted for that crisp, golden finish. Available for fresh weekend delivery, with frozen options for more flexible ordering.

Weekend Freshness
Each batch is roasted fresh for weekend delivery and never frozen. We deliver our roasted delights whole and uncut to preserve maximum freshness, juiciness, and texture. For your convenience, the skin is scored for easy cutting: no big knives needed.
How to Enjoy Your Sio Bak
We have wrapped these products in aluminium foil and parchment paper, so they can go straight into the oven, toaster, or air fryer. For the best experience, consume within 10 hours of delivery.
Reheat Temperature:
Air Fryer & Toaster: 180 to 200C
Oven: 220 to 250C
Reheat Timing:
Room temperature: 10 to 15 minutes.
Previously chilled: 18 to 25 minutes.

Delivery & Storage
- When to Order: Fresh sio bak is roasted every Friday to Sunday for weekend delivery. Please place your order at least 2 days in advance.
- Freshness: Delivered whole and uncut. If you prefer the skin unscored, please let us know in the order notes.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid refrigeration before serving to maintain the skin's crispness.
