Our blast-frozen sio bak is twice-trimmed and slow-roasted using our three-generation family recipe before being frozen at the peak of freshness. It is the perfect gourmet fix for Sunday family dinners, CNY reunion meals, or anytime you need that crispy roast pork fix.

Each cut is meticulously seasoned to deliver that golden, crispy crackling "Kruk Kruk" while locking in natural juices. Our professional blast-freezing process ensures that once reheated, you get the same satisfying crunch and succulent interior as our fresh weekend roasts.

How to Enjoy Your Sio Bak

Important: Please ensure the roasted meat is fully thawed at room temperature before reheating for the best crisp and even heating.

Reheat Temperature:
Air Fryer & Toaster: 180 to 200C
Oven: 220 to 250C

Reheat Timing:
Fully thawed from frozen: 18 to 25 minutes until the skin is bubbling and crisp.

Our sio bak is incredibly versatile. Enjoy it with rice bowls, noodles, or steamed lotus leaf buns. For a lighter bite, we highly recommend pairing the rich meat with fresh lettuce wraps and our signature mustard sauce.

  • Delivery: Available Tuesday through Saturday across Singapore. Arrives frozen in insulated packaging.
  • Storage: Keep frozen until ready to consume. For best quality, do not refreeze after thawing. Consume within 3 months.
