Our best-selling trio in one festive set, perfect for sharing at reunion meals or gifting.

Enjoy the crunch of Golden Crispy Roasted Meat paired with two types of char siew, one Pork Belly Honey Crystal Char Siew and one indulgently Pork Jowl Cheeky Honey Glazed Char Siew with that melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Note: Pork jowl is typically around 30-50% fat to meat ratio. If you prefer leaner cuts, we recommend choosing our Crystal Char Siew instead.

Because it’s richer, having it on its own can feel a little “gelat”. We recommend pairing it with lettuce wraps for a lighter, fresher bite.

Delivery and reheating

Our roasted delights are delivered whole and uncut to preserve freshness, juiciness, and texture.

The roasted meat skin is scored for easy cutting, so you don’t need big knives. If you prefer it unscored, please let us know.

For the ultimate crispy, juicy, and elevated flavours, we recommend reheating, especially if you plan to enjoy them later. Reheating instructions will be provided.

  • Rice bowls or noodles
  • Steamed lotus leaf bun (bao)
  • Lettuce wraps (great for balancing the richness of pork jowl)

Cutting tips

For the best balance of meat and fat, slice the pork jowl at a 45 degree angle(reference to video on the page)
