In June 2025, we brought CHARROU to Orh Gao Taproom for our first physical pop-up—a Hong Kong-themed night of roast meats and craft beer at Serene Centre.

Our first physical pop-up

For a brand built on online delivery, this was a meaningful step. Orh Gao Taproom gave us the opportunity to present CHARROU in person—where guests could experience our roasts fresh, on-site, and in a relaxed atmosphere.

We wanted the menu to feel true to what CHARROU is known for while fitting the pace of a casual evening out. That meant crisp skin, tender meat, balanced glaze, and portions designed for sharing.

What we served

Preorder platters featured four items:

  • Special Duck
  • Crystal Honey Char Siew
  • Golden Crispy Sio Bak
  • Pork Jowl Cheeky Char Siew

Each platter came with our Signature Chilli.
