1. Are orders made-to-order?
Yes, all orders are made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality. If you need to make changes, please inform us at least 5 days in advance to allow time for logistics, roasting schedules, and stock arrangements.
2. Will my order be pre-cut?
No, orders are uncut to preserve juiciness. Don’t worry! The roasted meat’s skin will be scored for easy cutting (look at our photos for reference), and we’ll also provide cutting guides for your convenience.
If you prefer the skin not to be scored, please let us know in advance.
3. Should I reheat the food?
For the best experience, we highly recommend reheating! It enhances the flavour by 2–3 times. We pack ready-to-consume food in oven/microwave/air fryer-ready packaging for your convenience.
For frozen products, please prepare the necessary items for heating, reheating instructions are included.
4. Are sauces included with my order?
Yes, every Golden Crispy Roasted Meat order comes with specially crafted sauces to complement your Golden Crispy Roasted Meat.
To elevate your experience, our sauces have been carefully researched through user interviews and crafted to perfectly complement the roasted meat, enhancing its flavours without overpowering the original taste.
However, enjoying it without sauce the way it was traditionally intended, would be the ultimate way to savour the true essence of its flavour and craftsmanship.
5. Is delivery free?
Enjoy free delivery for orders over $90! A flat delivery fee of $12 applies to orders below $90. Please note that for orders using a discount coupon, the $90 minimum spend still applies to qualify for free delivery.
A small order fee applies to orders below $38.
6. How do I place an order?
Simply click on the products to add them to your cart. You will then be redirected to WhatsApp with your order details automatically sent to us. We’ll process your order from there!
7. What if the delivery date I want isn’t available?
If your desired delivery date isn’t listed, feel free to WhatsApp us to check for availability. If we have a slot, we will be happy to accommodate you!
8. Is your roasted meat unhealthy?
Roasting is not only a method steeped in tradition but also one of the healthiest ways to cook. During the roasting process, excess fat naturally renders out, creating a dish that is indulgent yet lighter, without compromising on flavour.
9. Can I request for a delivery at a later time (e.g. dinner)?
Currently, we only have one delivery slot and one roasting schedule per day. Our delivery window is between 10am to 4pm. (On festive period delivery timing may from 10 am to 6 pm)
If you are planning to enjoy it during dinner time and would like it served hot, we have provided reheating instructions for you.
Your food will also be packed nicely for a seamless reheating experience 🙂
